Summary

The Peninsula Property consists of 574 mineral claims, 312 square kilometers in eight clusters containing 4 claim groups surrounding Rio Tinto’s (Q.I.T) Titanium mine, which has been operating for more than 70 years. Management believes there is ample evidence of sizable tonnages of potentially commercially viable minerals to justify the ambitious resource drilling program underway in 2024. The current exploration program targets the definition of a maiden resource of approximately 200 million tonnes to support a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) and future feasibility work. Geological estimates show exploration potential for over 1 billion tonnes of mineralized material in multiple zones within the Peninsula claim package including significant outcropping mineralization, which has allowed for exploitation at surface.

Geology & Metallurgy

Sampling of titanium bearing rocks from the Peninsula Project have returned results as high as: 11% apatite, 13.45% ilmenite and significant scandium, vanadium, & REEs in the Recrystallized Zone resulting in salable grades of 48% TiO₂ and 40% P₂O₅ plus specialty metals products. As high as 40% titanium oxide, 0.2% vanadium, and 61.5% iron oxide (common mineralization of over 90% combined hemo-ilmenite) in the Massive Ilmenite Zones.
