Titan Discovery Corp. Announces Acquisition of the Lac Couillard Property in Québec, Canada

Vancouver, British Columbia, August 9th, 2022 – Titan Discovery Corp. (“TDC”, “Titan” or the “Company”) announced the acquisition of the Lac Couillard Property in Québec, Canada which is host to rare-earth-elements (REEs) and Total-Rare-Earth-Oxides (TREOs).

Lake Couillard Rare Earth Element Property

The Lake Couillard Property covers 21 square kilometers approximately 400 km east of Sept-Iles, 70 km east of the town of Natashquan and 12 km northwest of the village of La Romaine, in the Lower North Shore region of Northeastern Quebec, Canada.

Access is by good roads to bush trails accessible year around taking about four hours travel by ATV equipment from Highway #138.  The immediate vicinity of the property is not populated.

Known Mineralization

Rare earth mineralization on the property is mainly associated with pegmatite units occurring as masses or dykes cutting across units of paragneiss and granitic rocks.

Several rare earth occurrences on the property bear similarities to the Strange Lake deposits (36.4 Mt @1.16% TREO) farther North in Quebec which are also within pegmatites within and on the margins of intrusive.

Exploration work in the Summer of 2011 followed by drilling by SOQUEM of five holes in Winter 2012 resulted in the discovery of several mineralized zones of more than 1.0% total rare earth oxides (TREO) with five of these zones in sector A having grades up to 6.73% TREO.  Two main zones have dimensions of 100m x 60 m @4.53% TREO max., and 180 x 70m @6.13% TREO max.

Calculated grades of 0.32% TREO over 18.8 meters including 0.559% TREO over 5.3 meters in hole LA-03-12, and 0.197% TREO over 34.1 meters in Hole LA-04-12, and 0.335% TREO over 3.5 meters in hole LA-05-12 demonstrate excellent potential for rare earth mineralization on the Lalande property.

The A1 zone is interpreted as being 100 meters x 60 meters in extent at greater than 1% TREO with a maximum content of 6.13% TREO.

Exploration Potential

Drilling can be undertaken to expand the three zones of known mineralization along an apparent strike direction to the Northeast and Southwest.

Sampling of all lithological unit in the sequence and not just the pegmatites intruding the sequence is recommended to locate all possible mineralized lithologies and trends.

The very large volume of prospective host intrusive and gneissic lithologies in addition to the intrusive pegmatites creates a very large bulk tonnage potential target for the Lalande property.

Extensive surface sampling of all lithologies is recommended plus mapping and drilling of potential extensions of the known mineralization.

Yours sincerely,

Titan Discovery Corp.

About Titan Discovery Corporation

Titan Discovery Corp. (“TDC”) is a privately held mineral resource company that has secured a high-value resource project (The Peninsula Project) in Quebec, Canada, which comprises of a series of very large titanium, scandium, vanadium, and phosphate deposits. The Project contains both a substantial historical resource and an exploration potential that can create one of the largest hard rock titanium-phosphate resources in the world. The Company looks to quickly increase project value; through metallurgical testing of samples to be obtained, initially from three outcropping priority targets. In addition, TDC will undertake already targeted geological work programs comprising geophysical trenching and drilling programs, which upon conclusion, is expected to provide valuable guidance and justification for further capital deployment and strategic application of value enhancing geological work.
